Dover sole, a mild white fish caught in Pacific Northwest waters.
Not in the way you might think. Dover sole is a mild white fish, and the Korean-inspired seasoning brings plenty of flavor. Think crispy, savory snack, with a little taste of the sea.

A warm, building heat from gochugaru and a little habanero, balanced by sweet-savory soy.
